The Role

We are seeking an experienced Guest Services to join our team at Soho Farmhouse Ibiza. As a Guest Services you will support with communicating with guests any questions or queries, travel arrangements, booking reservations for the hotel and other outlets arriving by telephone, email or through a central reservation system.
