Key Responsibilities

  • Welcomes and assists guests with a warm and authentic check‑in and check‑out experience, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
  • Assists with reservations, amendments, and guest enquiries via phone, email, and in‑person, providing dynamic, friendly, and professional service.
  • Supports the front office team by maintaining accurate records and registration cards and assisting in the creation of profiles for our ‘Pacha‑Lovers.’
  • Provides information about Destino Five Ibiza’s offerings, services, and local hotspots, ensuring guests feel connected and informed.
  • Handles simple guest requests with enthusiasm and professionalism, from booking taxis to providing recommendations for dining and entertainment.
