Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Reception Team Lead to lead customer service operations and create exceptional member experiences across our fitness and community center facilities. This role requires a proactive leader who can motivate a team, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and drive initiatives that enhance member satisfaction and retention.


Responsibilities:
+ Oversee customer service teams across multiple locations, including fitness reception.
+ Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing reception team.
+ Ensure efficient and consistent operations across all reception desks, including scheduling, communication, and adherence to service standards.
