Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally. Welcome visitors warmly and attend to walk-in inquiries. Maintain the reception area and common spaces in a clean and organized manner. Keep accurate records of visitor logs and manage deliveries and incoming mail. Update and maintain the phone list monthly. Support the Human Resources Operations team with various administrative tasks. Undertake additional duties as assigned by the supervisor.
