Your New RoleWe are seeking a professional and proactive Administrator / Receptionist to provide exceptional front-of-house service and efficient administrative support. This is a varied role where you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive experience while maintaining security and smooth operations.

37 hours a week 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors and switchboard callers, delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries.
  • Manage visitor booking systems, conference room coordination, and maintain accurate visitor records.
  • Ensure reception area security and operate access control systems.
  • Handle iing and outgoing mail, including franking and bulk mail-outs
