Job Description

  • Handle front counter duties and attend to telephone, parents', students', and public enquiries
  • Monitor and submit daily attendance reports for students and staff
  • Support the smooth and efficient operations of the General Office
  • Receive incoming goods, arrange storage, and inform relevant staff of deliveries
  • Perform general administrative duties such as data collation, filing, printing, and data entry
  • Provide basic first aid support to students when required
  • Carry out any other duties assigned by the reporting officer or school leaders

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE N Level qualification
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and one additional language
  • Ability to multitask and manage a range of administrative duties
