Your new role

Greeting visitors and ensuring a welcoming, professional reception experience
Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries efficiently
Handling post, deliveries, and general front-of-house duties
Supporting administrative tasks such as data entry, scanning, and filing
Maintaining meeting rooms and coordinating bookings
Assisting with ad-hoc office support as required

Previous reception or front-of-house experience preferred
