Job Overview
Reporting to the Production Manager, as the Receptionist you are responsible for ensuring visitors are properly greeted and receive excellent service. You also answer inquiries, and perform other administrative duties.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Processing and distributing drywall material and service orders. 
Providing POs to suppliers, Site Supervisors, Drivers, Service Technicians for pickups.
Processing siding material orders and trade hiring packages.
Managing office supply orders.
Booking couriers as required.
Answering telephones and email inquiries and performing other administrative duties as required.
