Lead Executive Assistant

Position Summary

To provide a professional front of office reception services to both employees and guests.

To provide administrative support to the Executive Assistant team as required.

This role is based in the office 5 days per week.

Core working hours 8:45am – 16:45pm

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the London Office, ensure friendly and speedy hand‑off of guest to EA’s or colleagues
  • Answering or reception telephones, effectively transitioning callers to appropriate contact points.
  • Liaison point for London building office entry reception (not CNAHardy); to effectively and quickly resolve any guest or employee entry issues.
  • Manage the presentation of the Reception area and meeting rooms, escalating issues or concerns to facilities to resolve as required.
