Job Description

A fantastic opportunity has arisen

for a receptionist to join our team. As front-of-house, it is essential that you are able to provide outstanding customer service and support to our guests whilst working on an array of tasks including guest check-in and administration. Previous reception experience is preferred, but not essential.

Key skills and responsibilities include:

  • Meeting and greeting all visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Good IT skills.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • A professional telephone manner.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Being flexible and able to work a variety of shifts including night shifts and weekends.
