ABOUT THE ROLE

This role is a varied one and would suit someone who enjoys being kept busy. Predominately you will be the face of the firm taking pride in creating a professional first impression for clients. You will also:

  • Manage the firm’s inbox
  • Coordinate meeting rooms
  • Assist with queries when possible and escalating when required
  • Manage mail and couriers
  • Coordination of general office activity
  • Provide assistance with events
  • Manage stationery and office supplies
  • General administration tasks
