Job Summary:Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and desired qualifications.
- Conduct and participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking events to expand talent reach.
- Continuously improve recruitment practices and provide insights into current hiring trends within the industry.
- Support onboarding processes to ensure a seamless transition for new hires.Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on call center or high-volume hiring.
- Advanced conversational English (B2+) and experience conducting interviews in English; certification in English proficiency is a plus.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and job boards for recruitment (do not mention specific job boards).
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications or diplomas in HR, recruitment, or similar fields are highly desirable.
