- Elevate flagship programs such as annual awards, long service awards, and enterprise recognition platforms.
- Lead the end-to-end execution of large-scale signature events (e.g., Annual Celebrations, Awards Ceremonies) to strengthen culture and employee pride.
- Develop innovative engagement initiatives leveraging both digital and physical experiences.
- Drive employee engagement action plans aligned to organisational priorities and EVP.
