Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Record-to-Report (R2R) cycle, including general ledger, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Supervise the preparation, review, and validation of journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statements
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes
- Maintain adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies
- Work closely with global teams and internal stakeholders to meet reporting deadlines and support business decision-making
- Provide documentation and assistance for internal and external audits
