Description

The Insurance Litigation Recoveries Paralegal or Litigation Executive will be responsible for managing their own significant caseload of uninsured loss recoveries on behalf of the claimant. Files are handled from start to finish, including key elements of the litigation process. This role reports on a day-to-day basis to the Recoveries Manager and ultimately to the Head of Insurance Litigation as head of department.

Key Responsibilities

• Run own significant caseload of uninsured loss recovery claims on behalf of the claimant
• Contribute to business development activities for the department where necessary, including working on client pitches and tenders and attending client meetings where necessary.
