Norfolk County is seeking a full-time Recreation Software Administrator to oversee system configurations and operations for recreation programs. This role emphasizes a strong background in software management, customer service, and effective communication. You will act as a liaison among various departments, ensuring seamless registration and facility bookings across various platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Xplor Recreation system configuration and management
• Liaise with vendors and agencies for software support
• Develop and maintain reports using Smart Client tools
• Train staff on software systems and customer service
• Manage front-desk operations related to recreation software
Requirements:
• Minimum three years relevant experience in software management
