We are hiring a Recruiter in Abidjan. In this role, you will play a key role in building strong, diverse teams by owning end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple functions. You will partner closely with hiring managers and People Partners to understand hiring needs, deliver an excellent candidate experience, and ensure that hiring decisions align with Wave’s values, standards, and long-term goals.

In this role, you’ll;
Own the full-cycle recruitment for roles across departments, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.

Act as a dedicated sourcer: build and maintain diverse, high-quality talent pipelines through direct outreach, creative sourcing strategies, and networking.

Partner with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs and design tailored recruiting strategies.
