                Recruiter  Job Roles & Responsibilities  Should be responsible for recruitment activities from Engineering to Field Construction phase of the Project. 
Should have experience in recruiting candidates for PMC EPCM and Inhouse Engineering project across Middle East. 
Responsible for maintaining recruitment activities in the Recruitment Tracker 
Hands-on experience in Applicant Tracking System Workday Taleo etc 
Should have excellent negotiation skills. 
Managing job specification Head Hunting Screening & conducting preliminary interview sourcing profiles telephonic interviews reference checks Follow-ups for the feedback Confirmations and on-boarding of candidates. 
Coordinate with Line Mangers and arrange interviews for the internal & Client based positions. 
Consult with senior business and HR leaders on critical talent gaps and drive an effective and efficient talent strategy in support of the busines...
