Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with legislation and Franchise Standards.
Source and attract candidates through digital platforms, social media, referrals, and community engagement.
Develop creative recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives.

Build and maintain talent pipelines to support business growth.
