Recruiter - Contract (Ottawa)

Responsibilities

In this 20 month contract position, you’ll be responsible for supporting all aspects of the recruitment process for retail and management positions across Farm Boy retail locations.

• Partner with Retail Directors and Retail Specialists to identify current and future staffing needs and support recruitment activities for retail store positions.
• Manage and maintain job postings while supporting the full cycle recruitment process across the assigned region.
• Support succession planning and workforce development initiatives through ongoing engagement with retail store teams.
• Support our Retail stores in understanding and applying recruitment guidelines that foster a positive candidate engagement aligned with our employer brand.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates through networking, referrals, community outreach, and proactive recruitment strategies.
