Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: posting jobs screening resumes conducting interviews coordinating assessments and facilitating offers primarily in UAE.
- Advertise open positions and source candidates using various platforms.
- Drive recruitment innovation to attract top talent.
- Coordinate with country managers or hiring managers to determine hiring needs.
- Collaborate with country and department heads on talent development evaluations.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels (job boards social media referrals networking).
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (Manatal).
- Conduct reference checks and background verification as needed.
- Provide a positive candidate experience through clear communication and timely updates.
- Stay updated on employment of UAE laws and best practices in recruitment.
