Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create tailored job descriptions that attract top talent.
  • Source candidates through innovative channels including social media, job boards, and industry events to build a diverse and robust candidate pipeline.
  • Screen resumes and applications with a keen eye for detail, identifying candidates who not only meet qualifications but also align with company culture.
  • Facilitate engaging interviews, ensuring a consistent and positive candidate experience while evaluating skills, experience and potential fit.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, demonstrating foundational knowledge of recruitment principles.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the industry relevant to the hiring organization.
