Position Summary
HRU is seeking an experienced Recruiter for an initial 2–3 month contract, with potential to convert to full-time. This role focuses on recruiting talent through Managed Service Provider (MSP) programs while supporting light industrial, manufacturing, skilled trades, engineering, and professional staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer presentation, and onboarding support
- Recruit across light industrial, manufacturing, skilled trades, technical, engineering, administrative, and professional roles
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
- Manage requisitions through MSP/VMS platforms, ensuring compliance with submission guidelines and SLAs
