As a Recruiter (12 month contract), you’ll recruit top talent to meet the needs of our growing organization.
What you'll do:
Identify and implement sourcing strategies to fill highly skilled hourly/technical roles such as A&P mechanics
Provide a full range of recruitment and selection support to the management team to achieve best hiring results that deliver business strategies and goals
Manage candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Conducting thorough technical prescreening
