The internship is an opportunity to join McKinsey’s Talent Attraction team in Santiago, contributing to recruitment efforts across Spanish‑speaking Latin America.

• Work as part of the Talent Attraction team in Santiago, gaining exposure to McKinsey’s recruiting practices, tools, and knowledge.
• Collaborate closely with experienced recruiting professionals and a broad group of stakeholders across the region.
• Support campus talent acquisition efforts and work with team members and senior leadership to execute our recruiting strategy.
