A Recruitment Associate manages the hiring process, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates to meet staffing goals.
Responsibilities
- Posting job openings on internal and external websites
- Sourcing and interviewing applicants
- Maintaining recruitment mailboxes
- Collecting data and generating reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- With 6 months to 1 year of recruitment experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Willing to work onsite in any of the following sites (Centris, Cubao, Sta Mesa, Marikina, Taguig, Makati, Pasay, Alabang)
- Good communication skills
