Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Source new candidates for different job vacancies
  • Create and publish job ads on the companys website, online job boards, and social media platforms
  • Review submitted applications to ensure all documentation/information is included
  • Handle the initial screening process and perform employment and reference checks
  • Schedule and conduct interviews
  • Update candidates and guide them through all the recruitment process
  • Update record after every selection stage
  • Ensure all recruitment paperwork is properly filed, with special attention to data confidentiality

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or another related field
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
