Recruitment Consultant

This is a remote, work from home position. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled remote **Recruitment Consultant** to join our team in **Mexico.**
**Rates in USD: $3.74 per hour**
**Schedule: EST / 36 hours a week**
**Monday to Friday - Weekend as needed**
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and essential job requirements
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent to our organization
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or in a similar role
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of HR laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection processes
