As a recruitment consultant yourself, you already know the role well. It’s pretty straightforward – you have to find jobs for candidates and candidates for jobs. However at Stopgap it’s about ‘how’ you go about doing this that makes us as a business, as well as your day-to-day working life, different. We want to find the perfect candidate for the job and the perfect job for the candidate. We want to understand our clients’ requirements and we want to know our candidates’ aspirations.
