Responsibilities
- Source and interview candidates through various channels, including job portals and social media platforms.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms with selected candidates.
- Ensure smooth onboarding by collaborating closely with HR for new hires.
- Develop new business opportunities by cold calls and engaging with new clients.
- Diploma/degree in any field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Prior sales experience preferred. (Recruitment training will be provided)
