As a Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless and engaging recruitment experience across our Early Careers programmes. From attraction and assessment through to offers and onboarding, you’ll ensure every stage of the candidate journey runs smoothly and professionally.


Working closely with candidates, internal stakeholders and external partners, you’ll coordinate recruitment campaigns, organise assessment centres and interviews, and support outreach activity across schools, colleges and universities. You’ll help raise awareness of our opportunities, strengthen our early talent pipeline, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience that reflects our brand.
