Job Description

As a Recruitment Coordinator (North America), you will be responsible for arranging interviews, conducting background checks, and coordinating psychometric assessments for our Banking & Financial Services client. In this role, you will also support North America operations and gain valuable experience across broader recruitment administration functions.


What you’ll do:


  • Provide daily support to the North America team of Recruiters and Sourcing Specialists
  • Coordinate interviews, background checks, and psychometric assessments
  • Prepare new starter paperwork and handle other HR administration tasks as needed
  • Support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth candidate experience
  • Partner with the broader team to drive process improvements and initiatives
