Role Summary The Recruitment Manager for Healthcare BPO Services leads end-to-end recruitment of roles performing healthcare business process operations focused on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) for US healthcare organizations. The role is accountable for hiring outcomes, quality of hire, candidate experience, stakeholder partnership, and operational discipline in a fast-paced environment supporting both volume and specialized hiring. This role manages and coaches a team of Recruiters, partnering closely with local and global Talent Acquisition leadership to execute hiring strategies aligned with workforce priorities and growth plans.

Recruitment Delivery & Strategy

• Own and deliver hiring outcomes for assigned RCM processes (e.g., Front-End / Back-End, Accounts Receivable, Collection/ Management, Patient Billing, Denial Management, Specialized Payer Programs, etc).
