• Support the development of weekly content calendars and publish engaging posts
• Create visual assets for sourcing initiatives like employee referral and ambassador programs
• Assist in monitoring the branding of sourcing programs across online channels
• Design materials such as banners, IDs, and giveaways for job fairs and campus events
