Job Description

The Recruitment Officer is responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent. They partner with department heads to define role requirements, source candidates through various digital channels, and manage the interview process from initial contact to the final offer.

  • Talent sourcing using job boards and social media to find active and passive candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to draft job descriptions and define ideal candidate profiles.
  • Conduct phone/video screens to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and salary expectations.
  • Schedule rounds of interviews and act as the primary point of contact for candidates.
  • Manage the closing process, including verbal offers, salary negotiations, and contract preparation.
  • Partner with HR to ensure a smooth transition from candidate to new hire, including background checks.
