To drive end-to-end talent acquisition across Singapore and the SEA Hub by delivering high-quality hiring outcomes for both Corporate and Retail functions, including early career hiring needs. This role partners closely with business and HR stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and provide a clear talent acquisition overview across SEA to support workforce planning and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for Singapore and the SEA Hub across both Corporate and Retail functions, from briefing and sourcing through assessment, offer management, and onboarding handover.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand business needs, define role requirements, and develop effective hiring strategies that balance speed, quality, and candidate experience.
