Job Description

To Develop the implementation of Companies recruitment strategy (corporate) based on the organizations approved manpower requirement plans including recruitment programs to ensure that company is able to attract and recruit people to reach their maximum potential

implement the recruitment programs and processes to provides professional support and advice with the right combinations of skills experience and cultural fit that will drive organizational impact

Reviews the monthly vacancies list discusses Nationals recruitment strategy with the department managers to meet the Emiratization objectives

Introduces improvements to the hiring process and employment contracts when necessary

Screens application forms and shortlists applicants for Senior Levels approval to obtain the Recruitment Committee authorization.

Maintains good working relationships with recruitment agents
