Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Source and attract candidates through various channels, including social media and job boards.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidates and their status throughout the hiring process.
  • Willing to train at head office Quezon City

Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Entry-level (0–2 years).
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
