• Collaborate with hiring managers and technical leads to define job requirements, including skills, experience, and qualifications needed for each position.
• Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, industry events, referrals, and direct outreach, to attract qualified candidates.
• Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' technical skills, problem‑solving abilities, and cultural fit through phone interviews, technical assessments, coding challenges, and behavioral interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
