Qualifications
- At least 1 year exp.
- Must have exp handling tech, executive and niche roles
- Must have handled high volume calls/reach outs
- Experience in end to end recruitment
- Amenable to work onsite in Boni, Mandaluyong (near MRT station)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and internal databases
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments or phone screenings
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain and update candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring status
- Support job posting creation and posting on relevant platforms
