Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring)
  • Work closely with hiring managers on manpower planning
  • Prepare job offers and coordinate onboarding

Employee Relations & Discipline

  • Handle employee disciplinary matters (misconduct, absenteeism, performance issues)
  • Issue warning letters, show cause letters, and other HR documentation
  • Conduct domestic inquiries when required
  • Provide guidance to management on disciplinary actions
  • Ensure all actions comply with Malaysian labor laws, including Employment Act 1955 Malaysia
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for all cases

General HR Functions

  • Support HR policies and procedures implementation
  • Maintain employee records and HR systems
  • Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes
