WE ARE HIRING: RECRUITMENT STAFF

LOCATION: CEBU CITY

Qualifications

• Background in Recruitment, preferably Volume recruitment exposure
• Can speak Bisaya is an advantage
• Familiar with the Geographic Area of Visayas
• With excellent communications skills

Responsibilities

• Understand manpower requirements from department managers
• Prepare and post job advertisements on job portals, social media, and other channels
• Source candidates through social media, referrals, walk-ins, and job fairs
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Conduct initial interviews (phone/face-to-face/virtual)
• Perform background checks and reference verification (if required)
• Ensure timely closure of open positions
• Support bulk hiring for warehouse or operations roles (if applicable)
