Job Description
Domtar in Skookumchuck, British Columbia, is looking for a talented Red Seal Journeyman Welder. This permanent full-time position focuses on safety and operational excellence in maintenance work.
In this pivotal role, you will use your Red Seal Certification and Pressure Tickets to maintain and troubleshoot various equipment and structures. The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in blueprints interpretation, alongside industrial experience and excellent communication skills, ensuring the safety and quality of production.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct safe maintenance and repairs on equipment
• Read blueprints for effective welding tasks
• Fabricate components as required for operations
