Job Description
Enhance training programs at Refresco Beverages Canada, Inc. as a Training and Safety Expert. This role combines safety oversight with training development to ensure a skilled workforce.
As a pivotal part of the HR team, you will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with site leadership. Your responsibilities will cover planning and evaluating training initiatives that comply with health and safety standards while also supporting team development needs throughout the production plant.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop training content and materials for staff
• Maintain training records and compliance documentation
• Coordinate with HR and plant leadership on initiatives
• Address training requests and participate in audits
• Monitor safety equipment and hazards in the workplace
Requirements:
• 1-5 years in training/safety coordination in manufacturing
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and SAP software
