**Job Title: Refrigeration Technician**
**Job Description**
This role is responsible for the maintenance, repair, construction, and modification of all refrigeration and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment, with a strong emphasis on ammonia (NH3) refrigeration systems, compressors, and boilers in a highly automated food processing facility.
**Responsibilities**
+ Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair manufacturing and ammonia refrigeration equipment and systems to ensure safe and reliable operation.
+ Perform daily rounds and checks of the ammonia refrigeration system, documenting findings and addressing issues promptly.
+ Conduct necessary preventive maintenance on all refrigeration and HVAC equipment, including compressors and boilers.
+ Rebuild compressors and boilers as needed to maintain optimal performance and extend equipment life.
