Job Description
Troubleshooting & Repairs:
Perform diagnosis and repair of cooling systems to ensure optimal performance.
Preventive Maintenance:
Conduct routine servicing (cleaning/checking) of aircon units at commercial premises.
Client Communication:
Address customer inquiries, explain technical issues, and provide professional recommendations on-site.
Reporting:
Document service reports and maintain records of servicing for internal review.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere strictly to Health & Safety acts (WSH) while working, especially during emergency/after-hours calls.
