About The Role As a Regional Account Lead, you will direct and oversee the maintenance management staff and safety programs for large and high-profile facilities or properties. This job is part of the Contract Quality Management job function. They are responsible for managing the delivery of contractual services to ensure requirements are fulfilled. What You'll Do Provide formal supervision to employees. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching.
