About the Role

This is a hybrid role which will oversee employer sales and servicing for an Employment Region for Transition to Work (roles focused on young job seekers - 15 to 24 years of age). The role will focus on direct marketing, vacancy gathering and management, development of pre-employment programs, Apprenticeships and Traineeships.

You will also be responsible for providing intensive person centred case management and mentorship to approximately 20-30 Transition to Work (TtW) participants, aged 15-24. The role will include undertaking ‘direct employer marketing’, providing individual support and the running of facilitated group-based job search sessions to motivate and promote further job placements for participants.
