Role Introduction
To create an engaged and high performing culture within all functions and countries within the region. This role will proactively partner with line managers to support them to engage, develop and coach their people as well as delivering high quality training and development into the region.
The role will be accountable for internal employee communications to ensure meaningful and engaging communications that can reach the various employee groups.
Key Responsibilities
Line Manager Capability & Leadership Development
- Provide proactive support to line managers to build engaged, high‑performing teams through Cathay Academy programmes.
- Deliver local leadership development initiatives (training, coaching, micro‑learning, drop‑in sessions) using central frameworks.
- Partner with Area/Country PPL and Heads to identify and nominate new leaders, and track post‑training effectiveness.
