Regional Community Administrator – Kitchener, ON

Responsibilities

  • Recording receipts, making bank deposits, and monitoring resident ledgers and reporting on accounts receivable weekly
  • Managing rental arrears; preparing Termination Notices, Rent Increase Notices, and other notices in compliance with the Residential Tenancies Act
  • Administering move‑in deposits and move‑out balances
  • Maintaining all resident information in accordance with privacy rules and regulations
  • Maintaining good resident relations; handling and documenting resident complaints and any emergencies in the building which occur during, over, and above office hours
  • Issuing and delivering notices such as violation notice, Notice to End Tenancy, Notice to Enter, Notice of Renewals by an approved method of service
